What Is PSP Network?
A marketplace where customers hire vetted Property Service Providers (PSPs) such as agents, inspectors and tradespeople.
How Does Payment Protection Work?
You pay when you order. Funds are held until you approve the work, or auto-release after the review window (example: 3 days).

Who Can Earn A Referral %?
Only licensed real estate agents and brokers, paid broker to broker. Mortgage, escrow, title and trades PSPs pay a flat directory or ad fee instead.
How Do I Become A PSP?
Register, upload your credentials, and wait for vetting. See the Provider Agreement.
Does A Contractor Need A License?
In California, yes for jobs of $1,000 or more. Down payments are capped at the lesser of $1,000 or 10%.
